A case of Meckel’s diverticulum of lower small intestine ( Ileum) which is a congenital abnormality & occurs in younger males. It is an abnormal projection of the small intestine. If sometimes gives rise to infection and its tip gets connected to other structures inside the abdomen & leads to small intestinal obstruction
