A rare case of Bladder stone with a suprapublic catheter in place. This patient had injury to his Urethra 7yrs. Back & had stricture urethra. He had undergone suprapubic cystostomy & a foleys cathetir was put. He then never changed his catheter for 5 yrs. As a result this stone was form,ed & had attained this size.
