| A case of Acute small intestinal obstruction due to some pathology in the intestine (Ileum) with patchy gangrene of the wall of the intestine and obstruction of Lumen. This was operated upon. The dead segment of small itestine was excised and re- anastomosis done between two healthy bowel and normalcy was restored.
