A young male patient had swollen of scrotum, with ulceration and discharge of serum and pus (foul smelling). for 1 month. It proceeded h/o fever with redness of skin. Scrotal skin was infected with slough and gangrene with deeper spread of pus leading to formation of pus and dead necrotic material. This disease is called "FOURNIER's GANGRENE".
