| A rare case of Bladder stone with a suprapublic catheter in place. This patient had injury to his Urethra 7yrs. Back & had stricture urethra. He had undergone suprapubic cystostomy & a foleys cathetir was put. He then never changed his catheter for 5 yrs. As a result this stone was form,ed & had attained this size.

| A case of Meckel’s diverticulum of lower small intestine ( Ileum) which is a congenital abnormality & occurs in younger males. It is an abnormal projection of the small intestine. If sometimes gives rise to infection and its tip gets connected to other structures inside the abdomen & leads to small intestinal obstruction
